Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and employee-related tasks. The HR Assistant will help maintain employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide general support to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, job postings, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and timekeeping documentation as needed.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or HR experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
